Home Delivery

If you choose the Home Delivery option, your merchandise will be delivered to the shipping address you provided in the customer details form. Please review the delivery timelines and policies below:

  • 1 to 2 business days

Payment

Once you have selected the products you intend to purchase and chosen the shipping method, you will proceed to the payment section of the checkout process. We offer the following payment options:

Payment by Card

You can complete your purchase using any debit or credit card verified through the Stripe payment gateway channel.

• Authorization: Payment will be authorized using the verification code of your card.
• Bank Communication: All bank-related payment transactions will be conducted directly between you and your bank. The website is not responsible for any issues arising from these transactions.
• Order Processing: Orders will only be processed after the successful completion of the payment process.

Cash on Delivery (Only Available in UAE)

Customers in the UAE have the option to pay for their orders using the Cash on Delivery method. Payment will be collected at the time of delivery.

• Availability: The Cash on Delivery option is only available for the Home Delivery shipping method.

Customs and Import Duties (International)

For most international shipments, customs and import duties are applied once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges, along with any handling fees, vary from country to country and are usually implemented upon the parcel’s arrival.

• Control Over Charges: We have no control over these charges, and they must be borne by you upon the parcel’s arrival in your country.
• Customs Information: We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on customs duties and charges for your country before placing an order. This will help you avoid surprises when these duties are levied.
• Non-Refundable Charges: Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable once charged. If you refuse to accept the delivery, we will deduct these costs from the refund amount, as the courier will have already paid the charges on your behalf.
