Collection of Returns

Quality Check Process

Once we receive your item(s), they will go through our Quality Check process to ensure that they are in their original condition. This process takes up to 24 hours. During this time, our team will inspect the item(s) for any signs of use, damage, or alterations.

Refund Process

Cash-On-Delivery Orders:
All Cash-On-Delivery payments will be refunded as Store Credit within 24 hours of completing the Quality Check process. The store credit will be added to your account and can be used for future purchases.

Credit/Debit Card Orders:
Refunds to credit or debit cards may take up to 10 days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time. You will receive a notification once the refund has been processed.

Packaging Requirements

Please ensure that all item(s) are returned in their original brand packaging, including any tags, labels, and accessories that came with the product. This helps us process your return quickly and efficiently.

Unapproved Returns

If any item(s) do not meet our return criteria or are not in their original condition, we will not be able to accept the return. In such cases, the unapproved item(s) will be sent back to you.
