Hassle-Free Cancellations
- You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by reaching out to our friendly customer support team at care@klerton.com. Just provide your order number and the reason for cancellation.
Cancellation Fees and Refunds
- If your order has been processed and prepared for shipment, a small AED 20 cancellation fee applies. This covers the common carrier fee for package interception.
- If your cancellation request is accepted within the 24-hour timeframe, we’ll process a full refund to your original payment method within 4 business days. Please note, depending on your payment provider, it might take a little extra time for the refund to appear in your account.
Shipped Orders
- If your order has already shipped, no worries! You can still cancel it, but shipping charges will apply. Once you refuse the item(s) and we receive the product back, we’ll credit your card for the full amount minus the shipping.
Promotions and Discounts
- Orders placed during special promotions or using discount codes are subject to the same cancellation policy. Refunds will be processed based on the amount paid after applying the discount.
